When you hire a service online, you expect their wares to be organized. What I received was in two parts: one the day I ordered it and the second a week later. Now, this isn’t the normal way to do business, chaps. Get it together. I will use someone else.

I keep getting discount codes in my email for future purchases. However, when I try to use these codes when ordering online, I keep getting an error message and can't use the codes.
