As others have said our order did take a little bit of time to arrive but customer service addressed our concerns. I emailed them requesting tracking as I found it a bit odd that tracking wasn’t added to our order. Apparently a new partner they are using is having issues with their system so they are being scarce in providing tracking numbers for certain areas. I trusted their response because it was timely and professional. We received our JWH-018 research chemical powder yesterday and my chemist tested the quality and its awesome.
