Since January I have purchased two items online and paid with my credit card, neither article has been delivered, I have emailed numerous times and have been ignored, only when I put up a review did I get a response stating I would be refunded. needless to say I have not received my refund nor an explanation as to why they no longer deliver items purchased and paid for. I feel that Wish believe if they ignore their customers long enough they will go away with Wish keeping their money.
