It's just doing nothing! The whole shopping experience was extremely bad! I had to wait a few weeks before I finally received the hair remover. I decided not to make a big deal about it... however, when it's not working properly-then I have a problem! It was supposed to gently remove my hairs and leave my skin smooth and flawless... BIG LIE! It's not doing any of these... I want my money back!
