I had an appointment at 9 am. The work didn't even begin until 10:15 am. While this was frustrating, what was even more frustrating was that the company tried to charge me extra for the additional time that they spent working. Had they shown up on time, they would not have needed to work overtime. I will never work with this company again and I refuse to pay for the overtime.

I heard great things about this company from friends but I didn't think you could be as great as what they actually said. I was proved wrong and had a 5 star experience with you guys. I can't thank you enough!
