Called in the morning to book a table for 2pm was told they could book for 3pm as busy,this suited us fine. Arrived at 2:45 to be told no booking was on the system!!! ordered our drinks no wine glasses available so wine was served in half pint glass! No cutlery either had to wait for some to come available! after having our meal we ordered more drinks trying to enjoy our afternoon, we were just going to order pudding for my young son when a member of staff asked us to leave the table as it was needed for someone else! so much for a relaxingafternoon meal out with friends! never felt so uncomfortable so we got our belongings and left! wont be in a hurry to go back!!
