I lost an entire day at work, unpaid time off. The entire situation was terrible. First off, I was notified that the original workmen had been unavoidably detained, so I would need to wait at least another hour for replacements to arrive. When they finally arrived, they kept fiddling about the area, and altered the estimate several times. By this time I was getting quite frustrated, and suggested that they put any more estimates in writing, wo which they utterly refused. At this point I ended the appointment, and asked them to leave, as such incompetence as this would only lead to further damage. Best to cut your losses.

I take my time to observe and make several orders for a service before I can honestly speak my mind. I trust you guys. You always make it worth my time and money.
