Ordered french windows, guys came round to measure up and said we needed a new lintel which is fair enough but set and extortion rate additional price so we cancelled the order. At this point it became almost impossible to contact the company to get our deposit back and the customer service was the worst I have ever received in anything. I would strongly suggest never going near this company! Still waiting for deposit back by the way.
