On Saturday, April 29th 2017 I saw Max regarding the red mustang his dealership had for sale - I told him I was interested & would call him back Monday or Tuesday because I had work! On Tuesday I called Max regarding coming in Tuesday to get the car & I made an appointment with Ritz for Wednesday the 3rd at 10am! I got together all the paperwork I was told I needed & I got there at 9:50 that morning to be told that another client is doing financing on the car!! Well besides being upset I was appalled that a business could be so cold & just disregard potential, future customers!! An appointment I feel holds your spot & they could have shown the decency & honored that and waited for their customer to arrive!!!
