One signs up for a $4.95 service, and the fine print states it goes on auto billing for $39.95 a month thereafter. I didn't catch this for many months as I was not expecting this at all, and when I called, they immediately returned up to 90 days worth ( but they still got me for 60 days). True enough, silly me for not catching it immediately, but as I mentioned initially, I never even conceived of such a possibility based on what I used them for, paid for, and considered myself done with. Totally designed to do just that to people just like me. ARGHHHHHHHHHHH.
