I was excited about receiving good service from this company. I was under the impression that the service would surpass my expectations. Well, I’m very disappointed. The company was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was not ready to deal with all of this. I will never do business with this company again.

I was under the impression that this place cared about their customers and the quality of service they provide, but I was apparently deeply mistaken. I almost recommended this place to my mother! Thankfully, they showed their true colours before I had the opportunity to do so. I can’t even imagine her being treated so poorly. Management should be embarrassed that they are being represented so poorly but I guess they just don’t care. No one has reached out to try to rectify my problem and I honestly hope they don’t. 100% done with this place.
