I have to say what a charming young man I had serve me this evening, his name badge was Ryan. After along day at work the last thing I needed was to go grocery shopping. However, from reaching Ryan's check out, not only was he polite, he was considerate, opening the bags for me, He didn't make conversation seem small or generic, he seemed genuine. So much so I asked him about his work as he seemed to enjoy it so much, Ryan, is an inspiration to young people. Thank you Ryan you made my day.
