Can someone please tell me when good manners became unnecessary? I hired an online service. The paperwork was downloaded, but I ran into a problem when one of them wouldn’t load properly. I messaged the service. I was informed that their computers showed I had everything I needed. I sent them a screenshot of the papers, lacking one of them. Their repeated advice was that I had all I needed. It was so frustrating that I got a refund and will never use this service again.

I was overcharged for items that were supposed to have "Black Friday" discounts. I contacted customer service three times, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I refuse to pay for anything until this is fixed!
