I thought this service was going to solve my problems not give me more of them! I am not giving you people my entire identity! I mean what do you want next a blood sample?!?! I have had to send you guys my identification over five times already, and I do not even know why you need a proof of address?!?!

This has to be one of my most aggravating customer service experiences. The staff were incompetent and completely wasted my time. Instead of helping me find the item I needed, he blathered on about what else I ought to be buying that was in "better taste." I was completely offended.
