When the bill arrived for a service I had used, it was incorrect. I called and was switched to four different people, none of whom knew what was going on. Finally, after about an hour, one person saw that I had been charged for someone else’s work. He couldn’t find my bill, though, and suggested I just pay the bill. I refused to pay for something I hadn’t received, so now I have my solicitor involved. Don’t use these people; they’re terribly unorganized.
