This company has the most ineffectual staff I have ever encountered. I spoke with three people on the phone and all of them gave me a different answer about my phone. They weren't rude, but they obviously hadn't had enough training. I had to have my call escalated to a manager even though the customer service reps I spoke to should've known how to deal with it.

They will work around your schedule and cost less than most although even if they weren't cheaper, they’d still be worth every pound. Thanks again, guys!
