Ive loaded up my account and prepared for some fun times. Sad but true, after trying out a few games, the website appeared to be loading very very slow and started freezing. IT happened more than three times and during a bonus round, it got frozen again. To my surprise , my bet stake was taken,, but the bonus round was not added to my funds. Contacted customer, support , in order to get some help. After spending 30 min on the phone they blamed my internet connection and said they won't be able to help me further. This is pathethic.

The staff was gossiping about the customers as if they didn't see us in front of them. When I asked for help, I was completely ignored. I have never been so insulted in my entire life. I won't ever give them any sort of business again, even if they were the last on earth.
