I've had 2 claims with CHW in the last year I've been a customer. Only one of the two claims have been granted. And when the guy showed up his pants were hanging off his ass and was extremely unprofessional. I didn't let him pass my kitchen until I be showed me some type of proof, business card, something. Now, the second claim I've had open since January 2017. It is now May2017. 6x now they've made appts with different contractors that either haven't showed up or just simply no call no show... I don't know what company would deal with contractors like this, but you'd think after the second time CHOICE HOME WARRANTY would be doing something to Assist their customer whom they have no problem withdrawaling the money from my account each and every month. THIS WARRANTY IS A JOKE!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PAYING THESE PEOPLE
