I booked 4 nights at Hipotel Paris (Simplon underground) from 8th June until 12th June. When we arrived the toilet seat was half narrow (imagine by yourselves what I mean). The first night was ok, we had hot water in order to have a shower (wow! I mean wtf, thanks guys). Then the second day the told us that they have an issue with the boiler and they will sort it out. Saturday night, after another long walk in Paris, we arrived at the hotel willing to shower. Guess what folks: no hot water until Monday. Oh really? Monday will check out. How can we maintain our personal hygiene as? As in the third world?? They told us that they can't do anything about it. We called booking.com and they said they can give us a €25 refund and leave the hotel straight away. Oh really? So we should shower in the river and sleep in the streets until Monday? Anyway beware guys, of this hotel and this website. They are totally shit!!
