Romwe litters my Facebook feed with advertisements for lovely clothes for incredibly cheap prices. I now know why they can afford such low costs. The website is pathetic, banners and bright colours yelling at you offering '60%' discounts. Confusing promotions and random deals that you're more than likely to not going to be eligible for. Not only is the website confusing, it is glitchy and useless. I ordered $70 worth of clothing which I originally thought would be $50 but because they can't show me my amount in my own currency, I had no idea. After trying many times to checkout, battling the glitchy website I get a confirmation for my order 5 whole days later. Not good enough really. I get a subsequent email saying it could be 3-20 BUSINESS days before my order arrives. It thought okay that's fine I didn't pay for express shipping. 20 days later I get an email saying my request for a refund has been received, which I NEVER sent. I then get another email saying my order is 'undeliverable'. Luckily, I gained a full refund in store credit which I could withdraw into my account, what a joke I would never even consider using Romwe again, good discounts, nice clothes, hopeless everything else.
