I ordered a mini oven from this company and it's nearly a month later and there has been no delivery. The company do not answer their phones ever. The line cuts off immediately, the webchat is just a bot and does not connect to the costumer service people and I have not heard anything regarding delivery. My emails to request cancellation of the order and a refund are being ignored. Am absolutely disgusted. Also the trick when ordering offering a discount is you post a review immediately, is false as no discount is applied. Just a way to get a good review before you have experienced the service itself. I am not confident they will refund me despite my not receiving the goods.
