I used to work with customer service, and this company doesn’t know the meaning of it. They are rude, inefficient, and will ignore you when you ask something simple. Why even hire anyone if all they’re going to do is collect a paycheck? I am very disappointed with my experience, and just expected a lot more from this company.

Why do I keep telling myself to give this shop another try? Each time they are more and more disappointing!
