I work online myself, so I better understand online services than most people. You don’t see the customer, can’t smile at him or look sympathetic. That doesn’t give online services the right, though, to mistreat people. It’s how they get paid. Lose customers, don’t get paid. Sorry, fellows, but I’m going elsewhere.
