I want to write happy, helpful things about people and companies. Not everyone is rude and unhelpful. Not every company tries to fleece people. Unfortunately, I ran into a service for which I can write nothing helpful or happy. The service was slow, overpriced, and unsatisfactorily completed. The people weren’t rude at all. They surpassed rude a long time ago, so I imagine It’s the way they do business now. I used another service about which I can write nice things. Don’t use that one. Caroline Rice
