Absolute shambles of a company. Emails to them seem to get answered (eventually) by random different people with no coordination or ticketing sytem - so you contantly get a response from different people who have no idea of other queries on same issue. And the responses NEVER resolve your problem. Seriously overpriced as well. AVOID at all costs.
