It’s too hard to reach customer service for this company. I had an issue with my service, so I called to speak with someone. The phone options never gave me an option to connect directly with a person to explain my problems. I had to push “0” repeatedly before finally being transferred to someone who was not even in customer service. Please fix your customer service line!

I just pay the bills but the wife was very happy with your services. A happy wife is a happy life. Cheers!
