I ordered four gifts exactly the same for my family so that everyone had the same. I asked for them to be gift wrapped and securely boxed to be sent to me. All the gifts arrived securely boxed. I opened up the box to check that all the gifts had been gift wrapped correctly. What did I find? I found that the gifts were loosely packed and had all been chipped. I filled out the compliant form and sent it back to the company. I received an email a couple of days later to which there was nothing that could be done as the gifts were purchased during the sale period and no refunds were being given. Do not recommend buying from this company
