Ortiz came by to view job/give estimate, then never did work. He planned on it, said he needs signature, maybe would put contract in my mailbox if he was in the area, but then we couldn't get together at a convenient time, I kept calling but he never returned call. A family member would pick up his cell. And I don't know why!!! Now I have to start searching again.
