Rude. Rude. Rude. I don't know how these people still have a job. They seem to add like it's a big hassle to help out their customers. Don't work customer service if you don't like people. It's really stupid and annoying when I have to deal with people like you.

Your company is a mess and I think that the services that your company offers to people are nothing but a trap. You will never honor your word and the services that people are being lied about are nothing more but a con game that is being played by your company.
