Majorca: Our flight was 40 mins late plus we had to wait for our grandsons mobility pushchair to appear, which took another hour. Rang the number given to say that we were here but still waiting for baggage but no answer. When we eventually got to the desk the member of staff was extremely rude. Saying we were too late and had no available drivers and proceeded to serve the customer behind us. Showed no interest in the fact that 6 people including a disabled 4 year old were left without transport. My husband continued to ask for help and she shouted "Where is your paperwork?" My husband replied this isn't the 80s and everything including out Covid pass and boarding pass was on his phone. Together with the transfer confirmation to which she replied "Your are disgusting" We eventually got the A32 bus to Alcudia which was stressful but the driver was great and opened the door at the side so that we could push the pushchair on.
