I suffered a prolonged and unpleasant dealing with Customer Service department. After being on hold for a solid 20 minutes, I found myself speaking with a disgruntled, possibly overworked individual who simply proceeded to act as if they were reading from a predetermined questionnaire without a single regard for my original complaint. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service! It took them three days to respond to my question about an item being out of stock.
