While the people who work for this company are very nice, they do that know what they are doing and that makes this experience very frustrated. I want to be able to enjoy my service without interruption and without any problems. It would be helpful if you get more people who knew what they were doing and we're gonna just try to tell me nice words to keep me from being upset. Thank you.

Not sure how many of these other reviews have been paid for, but it must be a lot because I did not have a pleasant experience. The quality of service was nothing to write home about and the speed of the service wasn’t any better. I expected more but wound up disappointed.
