I’ll take a higher price if it means good customer service. This was not the case here. I paid more, got less service, and just gave up. I went with someone else after my lackluster experience, and will be telling all my friends about how awful the whole situation was. There’s no reason to treat people mean, or without respect, and well, that’s what their company has done. They’ve really made me mad.

They were helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. I asked too many questions but they were more than willing to meet my satisfaction. I had bad experience with the previous company I used. However, using this service made me believe in second chances. LOL.
