So I love these headphones, have bought them for many years. But my most recent experience was that I ordered three different pairs basic pairs, was excited to get them and when they arrived they were the 'Ice Lite' version of the headphones, and some were even different colors! I emailed them asking why all three headphones were different than the ones I ordered and they said "We probably gave you those ones because the other version was not in stock anymore. But the ones you received are worth more". WHAT?!? They are different colours and not the same product... so I asked for a refund or exchange and they are ignoring me. What they did (change my product order without telling me until I received it) seems illegal, but I am unsure what I can do about this.
