I would not ever trust to book with this company, all they want is your money. Its better booking with a hotel who will accommodate due to weather. I have 2 girls that have to use a machine and we are to be going to galveston this weekend, first time ever and due to the weather because of there health we cant get no one to work with us in any type of way. I am concerned if this is a scam. However it really upsets a so called big company would just take your money and not worry about the concerns you have for your family. Regardless of the policy, they make the policy and upper managment has the right to give the best costumer service and can work with the policy due to certain situations.
