Online services with stock answers to customers’ questions frustrate said customers. I expect a human being on the other end of the keyboard, not autoresponses. I had a problem with the service at this online company. When all I got was robotic responses, I contacted the main office. Got the same thing. I lost my money, but I won’t use a service like this. You shouldn’t either.

I never thought that I could get such fantastic service for such a low rate. These guys were absolutely perfect.
