. I used to love this company, but they’ve been making changes to their policies and services, which had had an affect on the quality of service I’m currently receiving. I don’t understand why these services needed changing, and customer service isn’t very helpful when I talk to them because they’re not even familiar with the changes that are going on.

Please keep up the great work. You have done so much for me than you may ever know. Your services are just beyond explanation.
