Splash Super Center is taking great financial advantage of innocent customers by promoting a terrible line of pool covers known as Robelle. In 2014 I purchased a 60' x 30' in ground pool cover from Splash where their website promoted a 20 year warranty for the product I bought. Within 3 years the pool cover started shredding and by 2018 there were 2 large 9" & 12" shredded holes in it. This cover cost me $389. When I called Splash and spoke to Dustin he referred to Robelle's warranty and said it would now cost me an additional $307.50 to REPLACE the shredded pool cover. So that would mean that in 4 years I would have paid Dustin $696.50 for a pool cover! Splash Super Center made NO EFFORT to back up the FAULTY equipment they are selling and NO EFFORT to satisfy a customer who believed that a 20 year warranty MEANT something. They are selling CHEAP goods at outrageous prices at the expense of the consumer - BEWARE!
