Back-ordered products are no fun. You wouldn’t be waiting if you didn’t need or want the product. I waited for what seemed like months, only to receive the product in a bad condition. The box was crunched up and the Figurine scratched.The online service sent me a replacement, waited what seemed like months for it.

I keep getting billed for shipping charges on items that were supposed to have free shipping. Every time I order, I have to deal with this. It's getting incredibly annoying and frustrating!
