I ordered well over two months ago and still have not received my products having transferred a lot of money to the account details that were provided - this woman has made up countless excuses every time I asked her to provide proof of delivery and changed her story each time I asked - continuing to blame Royal Mail when everyone knows Royal Mail is an extremely reliable service. She is also extremely rude and became agitated each time I asked her. Shocking customer service - I've never encountered anything quite like it. This woman is certainly running this business where she scams select people and unfortunately I've been one of those. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want your money stolen. The non-refundable policy is also ridiculous because that normally stands if you've received the product and changed your mind - not when you've paid for your items and nothing has been delivered to you
