Who keeps someone on hold for over twenty-one minutes? Well, this company did! Despite receiving lousy service, I thought I would be able to get someone in the customer care department to clear things up. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The agent put me on hold for a long time and failed to offer me a positive resolution to my problem. I cannot say anything good about this company

You guys have got to be out of your mind if you think I am going to step use your services again. I was a fool for trying them out the first time and now I am a bigger fool thinking that you guys would honor your services. Give it up and get out and stop offering people junk.
