Broken goods, damaged box why would I want to received goods in this condition? Very frustrating trying to get through to customer services is like have to complete a huge jigsaw puzzle and when you do finally get through they are not interested in your complaint.

The customer service was horrendous. I was put on hold for twenty minutes, and when they picked up they put me on hold again for another forty minutes! After that a rather rude man pretended to take down my information until I insisted that he pay attention and really write it down. I'm never dealing with them again.
