I ordered a product for delivery within 3 days no even paid additional postage. On delivery date the product still had not arrived. I telephoned the company and got throughii to customer services. I was told that my order was out for delivery and would be with me by 18.00 pm. I did not hold out much help. 18.00 pm came and went still not delivery. Phoned again to find the company had closed. It took a further week for my product to arrive and they would not offer me any compensation for the delay in delivery.
