6. Have organised a boycott with this company with my friends and family because they are one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure or working with. Tried to ask questions about a product before buying it online and nobody could answer even the simplest thing – customer service team don't know what they are talking about. Once ordered it took ages to arrive, even though I paid for express delivery, and when it turned up, it didn't even work.
