5. Worst quality products I have ever bought online, so poorly made I didn't feel safe using it. But worst part was definitely the level of 'customer service' offered, tried calling for advice all day for two days, and no one even answered. Had to try and find time to return the product, and pay for postage myself, even though they should have. Very disappointing experience, but at least now I know I won't be going back ever.
