I was looking forward to receiving service from this company for nearly one week. I had high hopes, but things did not go well. I called the customer service department, but I was not happy with their response. It seemed like they felt they were doing me a favor. No, they were not doing me a favor. I am a customer. It is their job to give me exceptional customer service. I simply cannot send any of my friends or family members to this company. I am pretty sure they will go through the same experience. No one has time for this!

The world doesn’t need another company that lies to them, but here you are now. I see that the services you offer are as shallow as you are and never could a company like yours show any true progress towards being something worthy of being called a business by people.
