I thought staying with a company for such long time would mean that I would get more respect from them since I’ve gotten all my service through them, but it seems like with each passing year this gets worse. Do they even care about their customers anymore? I don’t think so.

I would classify my experience with them as somewhere between terrible and “there is no way it could have actually been that terrible.” Whoever is in charge needs to go take some remedial classes in how to run a business and how to treat your customers because they clearly slept through that class.
