Never calling these people again and cancelling my service. Didn't help me at all and implied that I did something to make my service stop working. Then they told me I was going to have to pay more to have a technician come out and check my problem. Too much hassle avoid.

My sweet old mum who is rarely happy with any company positively loved their services! Such a relief to finally find a company worth the pounds, that is also approved by mumsy.
