When I booked this service i had explained that I would be on holidays and therefore unavailable over a certain timeframe in the near future. I was assured that wouldn't be an issue and a date for them to deliver this service was agreed. I came back from holiday to find a letter stating that as I had been unavailable when they came to perform this service, our agreement was no longer valid and I would be billed for it none the less! I was furious! I can't even begin to describe my anger. When I contacted them to say they had came on a date that I'd already told them I would be unavailable, I was told they had no record of this and was still expected to pay the full price. Needless to say my response wasn't very pleasant and I told them they'd be hearing from my lawyer. I haven't heard from them since!

I have looked so hard but to my frustration, I cannot find them at fault. Lol. They offer the best prices and next day delivery. They will save you time and money.
