Dealings with this company and the poor service which was delivered to me is quite upsetting. After arranging for the service, a team of 2 workers arrived to my residence. I requested the quote i was promised I would receive during my initial enquiry. However, to my dismay, the workers refused to place the estimate in writing. However, they were most insistent to 'get to work', even without honouring my request to receive the estimate in writing. Fortunately, I would be able to live with the disrepair long enough to consult with another company, so I sent them packing. Others, I am sure, were not so fortunate. Be warned.

This service took the cake--and not in a good way. After I waited for a very long time to have my order submitted the customer service was rude. The products were good but I'm not going back.
